Smokers

This is a non-smoking apartment. € 20.00 daily will be charged if we need to clean the apartment or use products to eliminate odours.

Equipment

The apartment is equipped with all the amenities for a pleasant stay. Everything  is strictly inventoried. Nothing may be removed from the apartment. Any missing or damaged items will be charged to the client at  market price plus a fee of € 30.00/item to cover replacement costs.

Parking

The building has closed, internal parking with access controlled by magnetic card. The parking fee is not included in the apartment rate.

Shopping

In addition to traditional shopping, there are two supermarkets very close to the building. See map to know where they are.

TV channels

The system  provides the four national channels and about 300 satellite TV channels. For satellite channels tune the TV to AV1 and select the desired channel.

Internet

The building has five Wi-Fi points, all named Freedom. Access is free.

Cleaning

The apartments are fully furnished with bed and bath linen, and kitchen utensils. The daily maid service does not include cleaning the kitchen and washing dishes (main meals). If the kitchen needs to be cleaned, this service will be charged  at € 25.00 /day.

Check-in & Check-out

The apartment must be l vacated by 12.00. There will be a daily charge of 40% over the daily published rate for arrivals before 14.00 (early checkin) and departures after 12.00 pm (late checkout).
